Load Cell Configuration: Compression Load Cells: 20-ton capacity × 4 units. Double-Ended Beam Load Cells: 10-ton capacity × 8 units per direction (Entrance + Exit = 16 units total)

This configuration enables three-stage measurement, consisting of: Left and right wheel load measurement (2 times). Axle load measurement (1 time)

By performing a total of three independent measurements, the system significantly improves weighing accuracy and stability. The combined use of compression and double-ended beam load cells ensures accurate axle load and wheel load measurement under low-speed conditions.

Warranty Period: 36 months (3 years) from the date of commissioning

Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions throughout the warranty period.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or force majeure events.

Repair and Replacement: During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion at no additional cost.

Technical Support: Technical assistance will be provided within a reasonable time upon receipt of a warranty claim.
